Pip, a tiny pipsqueak of a pug has captured the attention of the world, not with her small size, but with her big personality. Pip, was born in January this year in a litter of 3 other puppies. She is by the far the smallest of the litter, weighing only 1.4 lbs, and measuring 4 inches tall. Her owners think she is the smallest pug in England and possibly the smallest in the world. In fact, Pip comes very close to holding the record. However, the current Guinness Record holder for world's smallest dog is Milly the chihuahua, who only measured 3.8 inches tall. Though Pip is still young, she is unlikely to grow much more. Luckily, despite Pip's small size, she is healthy and the veterinarians do not anticipate major health problems. Sometimes, it may seem that cuteness may be inversely related to size, but according to Pip's owners, Pip's personality is larger than life.
